Freight Industry Training – Closed to new applications

The Freight Industry Training Program is currently closed to new applicants.

Victorian Transport Association in partnership with the Victorian Government, is delivering the Freight Industry Training Project, which aims to address the significant unmet workforce demand that the Victorian transport and logistics sector is currently experiencing.

Participants will also receive tailored support to increase participation and provide a safe and supportive environment to discuss any training or job-related difficulties.

These opportunities will be prioritised for:

• Women and women over 45

• Young Victorians under 25

• Aboriginal Victorians

• People seeking asylum/refugees

• Newly arrived migrants from non-English speaking backgrounds
