My time in the VTA Cadetship has been an enjoyable experience, I have learnt more about the industry in the short time I’ve been here than I could have ever learnt just from a classroom. It is a great opportunity to study whilst also having a full time employment and stability. I have been enjoying the hands on experience and Scott’s Transport has been accommodating with any help that I need. I have an excellent Mentor with a wealth of experience that is happy to help in any way. My time at Scott’s Transport Industries has been primarily focused on Work Health and Safety within the safety and compliance team, which is one of my strengths and it has been great to be able to put my WHS qualifications into action. Attending classes at Victoria University and doing site visits creates a well-rounded learning experience and I feel confident of achieving my goals within the transport and logistics field.
