In response to the avalanche of new technology available to freight operators, the VTA has formed a technology group to both de-mystify new technology and what it has to offer, but also to provide advocacy in the way technology can be used to the freight sectors advantage.

Technology Survey

An industry Technology Survey for Truck Operators was initially conducted by the VTA in May 2009 to gather information relating to the freight industry and their stance on technology. This survey is being updated to see how the industry has changed.
